Medical Radiation Technologist III in High Level, Alberta

Working in close communication with the DI Manager NE, the Senior Technologist, Radiology provides on-site and regional leadership in daily operations, regional quality assurance, and MRT student coordination. In addition, the Senior Technologist, Radiology participates fully in the performance of x-ray procedures, ensures the performance of routine and preventative maintenance of all equipment and troubleshoots problems as required. This position also provides technical ability and info to a variety of healthcare providers.Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists.Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic TechnologistsGraduation from an approved Radiology Technologist program.Management courses an asset.Computer literacy and training preferred.Significant background in the field of x-ray preferred.Computer background an asset.Supervisory background is desirable.
